Surprisingly attentive staff awaits

The warm hospitality felt like a family reunion. The staff, especially Osama and Vivian, radiated positivity and made each interaction memorable. I loved how Mohamed left funny towel shapes in the room!

Room cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed the furniture was older and some amenities could have been fresher. It detracted a bit from the otherwise lovely experience.

And I dare say, a complimentary gesture would’ve been appropriate for what I endured—not just another ordinary visit in a so-called 'resort. '

Drinks were inconsistent. the slushies served were mostly just watered down, and when draft beer ran out, only warm canned options were available, which is less than ideal in the heat. The entertainment team seemed more interested in driving patrons to outside venues rather than providing engaging activities within the hotel itself.

I had an amazing time at this cozy place! The pools were perfect for kids, and the food was consistently delicious with tons of variety. The beach could be nicer, but I'd definitely return.

this place is an amazin getaway with super friendly staff, the aqua park is lit with awesome slides. There's also a lack of clarity on scheduled daily events, requiring guests to rely on announcements instead. Lastly, the bar arrangement felt a bit off. the same bartender mixed both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which didn't sit well with everyone. Some facilities went unnoticed until late in the stay, making it feel like missed opportunities for fun.
